Engagement terms
Services delivered by SMB Ops are governed by a separate statement of work and engagement agreement signed before any work begins. Nothing on this website creates a contractual obligation between you and SMB Ops until a written agreement is executed by both parties.
Intellectual property
All deliverables produced during an engagement (Blueprints, architecture documents, implementation plans) are transferred to the client upon full payment as specified in the engagement agreement. Site content, methodologies, and frameworks remain the property of SMB Ops LLC.
Limitation of liability
SMB Ops provides consulting and implementation services. Results depend on client execution, third-party software behavior, and factors outside our control. Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted by updating the date above.
