SMB Ops LLC prohibits the use of its domains, including smb-ops.com, start-smb-ops.com, go-smb-ops.com, and get-smb-ops.com, for spam, phishing, malware, credential collection, sender impersonation, deceptive messages, or unauthorized bulk email.

The company's public website and outreach domains may not be advertised, linked, or promoted through unsolicited bulk messages.

No affiliate, contractor, vendor, customer, list broker, or other third party may send from, advertise, link to, or represent any SMB Ops LLC domain without prior written authorization.

Permitted outreach

SMB Ops LLC may send limited direct business-to-business outreach from company-controlled accounts. These messages must:

• Use accurate and non-deceptive subjects, headers, sender names, and reply addresses.
• Avoid misleading claims, hidden content, shortened links, malicious files, and deceptive redirects.

• Stop after an opt-out, complaint, or request for no further contact.
• Comply with applicable laws and email provider policies.
• Use verified business contact information.
• Use controlled sending volumes and authenticated infrastructure.

Prohibited practices

SMB Ops LLC does not permit address harvesting, sender spoofing, purchased unverified lists, continued contact after an opt-out, or attempts to avoid email security and reputation systems.

Reporting misuse

Any suspected misuse of an SMB Ops LLC domain should be reported to [email protected].

Confirmed misuse will result in immediate suspension, investigation, and remediation.
