1. Trigger: Housecall Pro – Job Completed
2. Find Contact: From HCP job → customer email/phone
3. Send Review Request: SMS/email with your Google review link
4. Follow‑up: If no review in 3 days, send a friendly reminder
5. Track: Log outcomes in a spreadsheet/Airtable for reporting
